An Amazing place and people. A piece of paradise for me. So quiet, so still. Tai Chi has never “tasted”so real. It was so easy to just let go of worries, fears in a place like this one. I could have just sit there watching Bluebirds, listening to birds and wind blowing. Everyhing simply slows down and after few days you can finally harmonize with this tranquil environment. Not so easy at first! Visiting New York after being in the Nest for 2 weeks was a real shock to the system. I really want to go back there. Thank you Lyn and Jim for making it happen to me. 🙂
